I have a the top website in vintage clothing. Last year we had our first chargeback, an attempted theft.
How can I join this site?
I have filled in part 1 and part 2 but can not go further.
Privacy policy requires credit card information. This could lead to identity theft.
Is there a level of membership without providing credit card information?

How about a list of Bad Companies that rip off customers?

Jojokinkaid

I appreciate what you are doing but as a merchant am uneasy that you are playing both sides of the fence - telling us merchants that you will protect us from chargebacks by putting these bad customers in a database, and at the same time offering to help consumers get a refund.

Those are completely opposing standpoints.

I agree. I don't see how a company can represent both sides objectively.

The very fact that I have customers that can return a product with ketchup on it, and because they returned the product, they get the judgment in their favor nearly boils my brain!

Visit rip off reports.com and see what other idiot customers claim the injustices are

Perhaps consumers should try and read the fine print instead of claiming you didn't see it.....or just clicking on "I agree"

When you go through a red light, or a stop sign claiming you didn't see it, doesn't make a ticket go away, so why on earth would you think because you didn't see a clause in a document or term of service --you shouldn't be responsible for it. The internet is not new. Buyer beware!
